It's Always a Full Moon in Maryland

A recent Washington Post article says that while "disgusting," mooning is still legal in Maryland.

I do find it interesting how the reporter gives full details of the alleged mooning, but kind of glosses over the fact that this guy threatened a woman and her eight-year-old daughter that he would "blow up their building."

Ah, who cares. Bare asses are just funny.
